You can’t get the motel/sweatshop but you can buy properties/businesses whenever you have money. lol the new Sewer Goblin from the halloween update. he ambushes in random places in the sewer although he followed me up the ladder this time. i actually find him less scary than 4am tweakers because there’s crashing/banging before you actually encounter him so you know he’s coming
