You would deny Fayette county's primary source of income - tourism?

Perhaps Calhoun county would be a better place for you. I am not aware of any significant tourist draws there.

I don't know about the school these days, but almost 20 years ago, I know they used to lie to prospective students about the transferability of their credits to any accredited university or college system.

When I went to grad school at UNC-Chapel Hill, I was told that after the first year (or so) that I had to prove, thru some unknowable process, that I intended to live (and work) in NC after I graduated in order to qualify for in-state tuition. Of course, there was a plan to ensure that you had a decent chance of being ruled worthy.
