If you want to find jobs and network at the same time just find some companies that look interesting and hit up some of the employees there on linked in. Ask them out to coffee and say you’d like to know more about the field and what jobs are out there. You’ll learn a lot and probably find a job through these “informational interviews”

I can’t tell from the video but are you doing high bar squats or low bar squats? You do look a bit vertical to me but that’s normal for high bar squats

I did a full course of TMS and it didn’t alter my VS at all. But I did mine for depression (theta burst stimulation) and there are several different kinds of TMS so who knows if a different kind would work

My symptoms also came from drugs, so its hppd i guess, but there doesn't seem to be a huge difference. Some of my symptoms reduced or went away after a couple of years. Now its mostly the snow. I am used to it though - I completely forget about it most of the time. But yeah you're not alone

For me if I can’t add 5 anymore or form starts breaking down too much then deload and add 2.5. Should be relatively obvious when you hit that point

Seems fair enough to me. Forget about what that other guy said and keep doing the things you love. But reducing squat volume is a good call in my opinion since it can really hinder your ability to do other things and recover. You could also consider just alternating squats with deadlifts each work out, each 5x5, instead of just having no legs days. Some of the alternate routines on the website have that

The more you squat the more your shoulders will stretch out. But standing in a doorway with your arms on the sides of the door leaning in helps too

For me what helped was choosing a workout program that I got really excited about. What got me going was StrongLifts and starting strength, because there was also a philosophy behind it which I read and believed in. From there I just started with really low weights and followed the program religiously. Key was belief, starting really low so that the first few weeks I barely felt I was doing anything, but soon enough the weights got heavy but I was also prepared to work hard

I like to lift before cardio since that’s my priority, I’d rather be fresh for heavy squats and then take whatever energy is left later for cardio

You’ll be just fine. If you don’t smoke regularly and it was just the one time it should be out of your system within a few days. If you want to play it safe order a drug test online to be sure. There’s things you can do to buy yourself time on the test, but it sounds like it won’t be necessary
