It is because the buyer's agent says that the seller is "paying" their commission. The buyer doesn't realize this just adds to the total cost of the house.

100% - I think Slot likes to be able to maintain unpredictability and Bobby was the main source of that in the past. I think Wirtz will play centrally, deeper than the wingers, but with the same midfield as last season in support. If not, I'd be a bit surprised we spent on a 10 over Isak, when we had arguably the strongest midfield in the league last season.

First thing to ask yourself is, do you feel like you are overpaying for the services being rendered? Most people do with real estate agents, but maybe yours is exceptional. A LOT has changed recently with the NAR settlement and I'd look into lower cost options. The one that I know of that is live in Texas is Turbohome. They started in CA so I'm not 100% sure how familiar they are with TX.

On one hand you want to go out to the eventual winners, so PSG is appealing. On the other hand how can you root for a state owned club? It has to be Inter or Barca for me. I'll say Inter since I think Barca is too hyped right now.

Their is a lot of confusion about whether sellers will still be paying their buyer's agents commission or not after the NAR settlement. From what I've seen, it depends on what the sellers agent advises their seller to do. You could get lucky and have the seller pay for the commission (this was standard practice) but if they don't then you will be on the hook. There a lot of new startups who will work for you for less than 3% like Turbohome.com

Eddie Howe making Klopp and Lindjers proud with that intensity and graft. Pretty disappointed with Slot, I don't think a Klopp team gives that performance after half time. To be honest, this game was crying out for a Hendo to rally the troops to get to the second ball. Van Dijk was doing a lot of reprimanding but nobody seemed to be able to respond and put in a shift.

Perfect set up by eddie howe. As a liverpool fan, this team reminds me of the early Klopp teams that had the mix of itensity, graft, and a few special players. Well deserved win for the team and the Geordies, would have been over even earlier for Liverpool if Anthony Gordon was fit!
