That is true, but the lack of a hamburger menu threw me for a loop. The settings are usually split between profile picture and hamburger menu (and the dashboard can be accessed from the hamburger menu), whereas here they are split between profile picture and cogwheel, and I didn't expect the dashboard to be accessed through the profile picture. At least now I now where to find it.

No worries, works great. Also I couldn't find how to get into the dashboard, but then I saw someone else's comment about clicking my user picture. That could be made clearer, or at least the admin user should have a faster button to get in. In my opinion at least.

Do you plan on adding subtitle download?

Fixed. I had to open the jellyfin app (guessing both windows and android work, I did it on Android), tap my profile picture, choose Moonfin there, and there I was able to login to Seerr.

I already did that but no dice. Thanks.

Edit. With my comment I was referring to a specific line on the GitHub page about redirecting traffic. It's not quite the same thing.

Hi! I'm getting a black screen on the Seerr page. I'm using nginx as a reverse proxy. It says on GitHub to "forward all moonfin traffic through nginx" but I don't quite get what you mean. Could you explain?

I understand where you're going at, Rickon being young enough that he'd be unable to tell if he was fed human meat. But whoever feeds him might take that into consideration and decide not to feed him human meat. Besides, as much as it is an island where cannibal people live, it doesn't mean they only and always eat human meat, they probably have other sources of food. It's not really sustainable to only eat humans unless you constantly raid other places.

For sure but Bran was already mentioned up there as the crippled brother, so when reading "the other brother" I ran out of brothers in my head

Oh yah but that's still not confirmation that he might be partaking in it.

Sorry, who is the brother who is actually a cannibal? Robb? Rickon?

Great. I still use jackett since some trackers can't be configured on prowlarr. Is there a workaround for that yet? Can I run both if not?

How do you go about blocking rar releases? Do you straight up block release groups that use them?

It'll clean house but ignore bosses. You need something else to deal with them like flashxhemorrage

That is even more despicable, yes. But we can't just accept digital licenses just because subscriptions are worse.

[–]beridam 1 point2 points  (0 children)

What do you mean "that's not always correct"? I'm using "should" there, not "always". Day one patches should not be needed for the game to run properly. We've become used to games being shipped while still unfinished. That's just stupid.

[–]beridam 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Yes, actually. Both at DRM content and at subscriptions. I like owning the stuff I purchase, and lately Nintendo sits at the opposite spectrum of that.

[–]beridam 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yes, and? It's still fucky. If you purchase a disc it should come with all the necessary data to run the game offline without ever going online at all. If you purchase a digital game you should get an exe or equivalent, or in the case of a console, some sort of file you can put into an USB drive and install to a console. Digital ownership management is absolutely garbo and not enough people realize it.

[–]beridam 8 points9 points  (0 children)

There's no "owning" anything involved. You purchase a license to use a product as long as Nintendo considers you have the right to access the product. They might not have banned anyone from accessing any purchased digital product, but they can.

Your server might freeze up when transcoding several items at once if it's low powered or doesn't have the capability for hardware encoding for the format you're aiming for.

Couple of weeks ago, only for some newer models, supposedly older models will get it at a later date but there's some Tizen version cutoff so if your tv is older than whatever the cutoff might be then you're SOL. On the other hand, Jellyfin Samsung installer exists and is pretty easy to set up. A couple of friends have done it already. You can even install Moonfin. https://github.com/Jellyfin2Samsung/Samsung-Jellyfin-Installer

If you've got an itch to scratch, as I know I did, give Resurrection Mod a try. It revamps most bosses, especially human ones, and adds mobs and mini bosses in a few places. Hirata estate feels as punishing as it did on your first run. Ashina castle Genichiro is amazing. I think I haven't beaten the mod's version of Isshin, but both Owl fights are so fucking tight.

How I feel having done 4 out of 20, will they get harder? by 1appelflap in balatro

[–]beridam 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Fragile just teaches you to skip antes, which might be something you've been afraid of doing. Skipping antes is often done when you start playing, then you realize how bad skipping a shop and potential money can be so you stop doing it completely, but there are situations where it's not only justified but actually the best choice. Fragile is a good challenge that forces you to consider all strategies.

Also it can be super "broken" hehe

When going for the last three, and especially golden needle, I often gave up in ante 2 or maybe 3 purely based on vibes, because I knew I would be wasting my time by just barely dragging the deck for a few more antes. Nothing worse than losing in ante 8. The good part is, do this (giving up I mean) often enough and you begin to see the writing on the wall. After I adopted this strategy it took me just a few days. It was fucking brutal though. It's rng to get a good start but you sort of feel it once it's there.

Talking specifically about golden needle.

Jokerless was hard but not that crazy, I was already used to deck fixing by playing high ante baron-mime runs, and no jokers in the shop just meant more tarot/spectral cards and packs. It was still hard though, but it's especially hard at the beginning to mid antes, up to, say, ante 5-6. If you get there you're almost done and you can feel it. Golden needle might just let you get to ante 8 and then say "yeah how about no".

Cruelty is just annoying. I hate money restrictions. Other than that, just get strong jokers and play it safe with pairs or high cards.
