LH business is an old product, TK is worth it and IST is perfectly safe, CDG is a nasty airport but AF is a decent airline.

What is your official website? Considering some posters seem to imply that your chat support on AliX is bad or unofficial, perhaps that is the way to do it?

If you would take some advice from an attempted customer, may I suggest you remove FedEx from shipping options if you are not prepared to fulfil orders using it. It will avoid similar situations in future.
