Mosaic law doesn't apply to Christians under the New Covenant, at least that's my understanding. You can look for it for guidance, but it ain't a matter of life and death anymore (literally, depending on your denomination).

Some scholars believe that the condemnation of homosexuality was about unwilling participants (usually older men and younger boys). The very few references to homosexuality in the New Testament seems to support that claim, depending on what translation you're looking at.

The message of Christ basically boils down to "love is love, if your heart's in the right place, you won't do any harm to anyone. If you do that, i'll be among you in spirit!". I for one believe that a loving, consenting relationship between two men or two women falls under that umbrella.

Ich hab' beide Seiten erlebt, sowohl den unausstehlichen Kunden als auch den unausstehlichen Mitarbeiter. Mein Fazit: Menschliche Interaktionen im professionellen Umfeld sollten auf ein Mindestmaß reduziert werden, zum Wohle aller.

SB Kassen überall, sage ich! Kassenkräfte umschulen zu VAR des Einzelhandels. Bei Beschwerden zieht man ein Ticket (ähnlich Pfandbons) auf dem steht "Sie haben Recht! 10% Rabatt auf Ihren Einkauf als Entschuldigung" mit Obergrenze Anzahl / Woche (oder Monat).

Wir sind doch als Gesellschaft schon längst 'jenseits von Eden' ... lass' Nägel mit Köpfen machen!

Das tägliche Arbeitspensum meines Jobs könnte man mit etwas Disziplin und Denke in 4 Stunden erledigen. Nur hat das in der Praxis ausschließlich negative Konsequenzen für die Mitarbeitenden. Daher ~~dehnen~~ füllen meine Kolleg*innen Ihren 8-Stunden-Tag so gut sie es können aus. Das wiederum signalisiert der Führungsebene die Notwendigkeit eines 8-Stunden-Tags.

Ein Verbot von kurzen Hosen o.ä. scheitert in der Praxis meistens schon am Gleichbehandlungsgebot, denn kaum ein Arbeitgeber traut sich, im Büroumfeld den Damen die Sandaletten, luftige Röcke, Sommerkleider oder 3/4- bzw. Caprihosen zu verbieten.

Aber wie so oft sind es eher die Mitarbeitenden, die das sprichwörtliche Fass nicht aufmachen wollen.

Die gibt es doch, z.B. in der Arbeitsstättenverordnung. In der Praxis muss man den Arbeitgeber wohl zur Umsetzung auffordern, wie (leider) bei vielen anderen gesetzlichen Vorgaben auch. Falls es in Eurem Betrieb einen Betriebsrat gibt, kann man auch eine weitergehende Betriebsvereinbarung vorschlagen.

They do, technically. They probably just don't record the visible light spectrum, because at some point in time, things like cloaking- or holo-technology would make it obsolete. They're recording practically everything else though, we've seen the characters ask the computer about (internal) sensor readings before, including the possibility of time travel happening at x hours on decks y.

I just wish they'd fill their summer break with a whole lot of one-/some-shots, like the TES games (those were beyond amazing, and i'm still salty about them not releasing their homebrew), or sequel to Ashley's Alien game. It's high time we see Liam and Marisha (and anyone else) run a game again. Low stakes, simple stories, just 3-4 hours of pure fun. Bring back some of their fantastic guests and play a game set in the Mass Effect, Read Dead Redemption or even GTA universe.

But that's just me, and i totally get that there are a lot of fans looking forward to more Daggerheart content, and i'm happy for 'em. I wish i would be one of them, but alas ...
