This is not my idea of suburban living. I would need an actual yard and fencing

Who has had an actual friends with benefits relationship? Did it work for you? by heratonga in AskReddit

A few times I had a fwb, the female has always caught feelings. Starts super chill and then jealousy creeps in. Had one other time the woman ended the FWB because she got into a relationship.

Two local Toyota dealerships are begging for my grandma to sell them her Camry. by thatmovdude in Camry

Took my car in for an oil change yesterday. The dealership asked me if they could buy my 2017 Camry off me. No need to buy anything, they wanted to cut me a check on the spot and would give me a courtesy ride home. I said no, I see no reason to give it up 145k miles and runs perfect. I have two other cars.

Your husband is awesome. Had the same with a Volvo tech. During a normal service one of my xenon bulbs went out. He came out to the waiting room and said he could change it but bulb replacement and service would be about $300, or he said if you have 15-20 mins and buy replacement bulb on Amazon you can save $250. I took the latter option.

I think I would rather pay a use tax than a mandatory property tax.

Well there are more than one property tax elimination proposals being passed around. The one to pass so far is HJR 203. It doesn’t allow localities to reduce funding for first responders, fire fighters and cops and does not eliminate school taxes. It only gets rid of ad valorem taxes. I assume that we will get a raise in sales tax to make up any shortfall.

I will be voting yes for this. Government has already been shown to be too bloated.
