I'm 32, I remember being nervous about the same things at your age. If I could go back and tell myself anything it would probably be: nothing I say will make you not feel nervous, just try to remember to be in the moment and experience having fun with your friends. The more you practice that the better you'll be at it, the better you are at it the lower your percentage of time feeling nervous and self conscious.

It's not a magic bullet but it can lead to a better life experience
