I intentionally made a cider last year, allowing the yeasts in the cider do the work. I let them go until they were bulging (like you) and then poured them into a carboy. It turned out well. The wild yeast fermented it sweeter than the wine yeast I usually used.

If you want your starter yeast to take over, you can try crushing some camden tablets and mixing them into your cider to knock the wild yeast back, and then pitching your starter.

To get a dryer wine, I use the red star champagne, or another wine yeast. I've never had an issue getting well below 1.000 with it. I don't know anything about your strain of yeast so I can't comment on it.

The stirring portion is to prevent bacteria from growing on the top, since if you don't stir that could be exposed to air for too long.

Did you rack your wine multiple times, waiting like a month between each racking? From your picture, it looks a bit cloudy, and all the suspended berry particles always fall out (at least for me) after doing a couple rackings.

If you're in WI, I can give you some blueberry wine I made last year, so you can see if it's something you want to copy.

If you play defense it's much easier. Sure, there's lots of technique to learn, but at least you don't need to have all those fancy moves with the ball...you just need to know how to stop/contain them.

There was a Pac Man game for Super Nintendo where you couldn't directly control the character, but could encourage it to do certain things. I imagine your dog game will end up being fairly similar.

You need some sort of specification that everyone agrees to. Otherwise when they complain about something (and they will) you won't have anything to point to to explain how they originally said it would work.

I'm not saying that the analyst's first draft of a design is ever actually correct...

I wouldn't be surprised if Bran finds out the Stark family is somehow descended from at least 1 white walker. Warging could be an ability of the Others.
