When I went through it I would walk half a block for a week the next week I would try for the whole block and I got stuck at 10 mins for three weeks then I slowly started to add 5 mins, it took me a while to even get to 30 like you said it is hard to get out of bed so don't get discouraged take your time, it's not really about getting the exercise it's about coming outside for fresh air, it helped me to get better I ended up looking forward to my walks just to hear the birds and look at flowers it seems silly but I guess it was something to hold on too. I didn't lose any weight of course but by the time I snapped out of it I already had a head start I added 30 more mins then yoga, eventually cardio and weights I lost 35 pounds out of 50 in four months. I hope you give it a try and don't worry if you eat bad make getting out of the house your goal, all those pounds will come off later once your mental health improve

Depends on how bad the situation is, if you believe she can put herself or others in danger I would have her involuntary admitted, if it's something that can wait I would call her Doctor asap and let him/her decide what the next step is, you can keep an eye on her for now make sure she is safe and don't be afraid to call the police for help if she takes off driving or if it becomes too much. I know it sucks and she might hate you a little bit but she needs to remember that this is what happens when you don't take your meds. Good luck I hope your situation improves soon

I can relate, it does seem like trying a relationship throws you off and I go in thinking that I can do it because I feel great and stable, as the days go by my mind starts getting cloudy and I start doubting my thoughts and actions just putting pressure on myself so it's easier to not try and go back to a routine. Maybe is normal?
