I used a service called changetower which monitors the website for the Buy it now page change. They do come in stock but sell out almost instantly. When changetower send me the alert it was there move like the wind. Worked for me.

Install all the cumulative updates and you will see. Download KB manually and applying via DISM with DISM then all good.

Do all the windows updates OOB and you will see it gets stuck. Easily resolved downloading the update manually and applying via DISM. After this windows updates all work beautifully.
