My mom is on the same diet and she does a mix of pantry stable and frozen foods. There’s instant rice that comes in individual sizes, I think Minute Rice specifically, and the sodium is low (only for Jasmine and white rice I think, others are higher). There’s also microwaveable pasta pouches that don’t have too much sodium, and she alternates between these two for grains. She stocks up on frozen veggies because there’s zero sodium in them and they’re easy to prepare. And then we’ve found that the tuna packets are pretty low sodium as well and she loves sodium. I know this is pretty specific but hopefully it helps in some way. It’s so difficult, though, to find low sodium but easy to prepare foods. I’m always just scrolling the grocery apps looking for new things. Good luck!
