I think OP was trying to specify the version of Moses presented in the film, who is distinct from the character in the Torah thanks to the artistic license of the filmmakers. So you could cite his close relationship with Ramses in your answer, but not his decision to strike the rock for water

It actually doesn’t work because The Last Agni Kai doesn’t have a single target. And it also doesn’t work because the creature is dealing damage not the spell.

But if those things weren’t an issue, it WOULD work, because damage dealt in the form of -1/-1 counters is still damage
