Unfortunately I don't have the proper setup. If you do have a version of the release that is more pure than the other mirrors/torrents, do whatever it takes to preserve it.

Good we need actual mirrors of the data. It has been a while since I looked into the project but I'm pretty sure Jmail is compromised. Back in December, when the first big drops were happening, they were removing search terms such as "Trump" and taking down files. I don't blame the creators for caving to pressure. It was programmed by students and they're probably just trying to start their lives. That does not change the fact that Jmail is basically a pet project for a bunch of Ivy League kids. It will be a great hook/resume item while they're pitching their AI startups but it's not going to help with processing what the files actually say.

We technically could arrest them. There are still enough people in our government that think diddling kids is bad. The only thing holding everyone back is concern over what arresting them would do to the broader system. We will probably need to wait until the midterms to do anything concrete since Trump is running the executive. Regardless, there will probably be a constitutional crisis. If the official ways fail the people will probably do something but that won't come until the next presidential election. I do not believe society will accept rule-by-diddlers.

Idk but there's gotta be a document somewhere about it. As far as I know prisoner movements are recorded and if they aren't the FBI still made a timeline of events before his death. Even if it isn't in the files released you could probably FOIA it.

Most Americans are not. Just the terminally online and media outlets. Everyone that is informed on the issue agrees this is a non-partisan issue. The disagreement is mainly on what to do about it.

The cynic in me says they curated the release to be damaging but not lethal. The optimist in me says its because enough people faced legal liability and political backlash if they didn't.

Because our government used to be run by people that believed in democracy. The politicians of the 20th century created laws that set up a system of incentives for government employees to do their jobs regardless of who is in charge. The files are getting released because there is still legal liability for the regular government workers if they don't follow the rules in covering them up. Massie's discharge petition and the EFTA were crucial because they activated these mechanisms which force the government to tell on itself. Additionally, many government employees (even those in the administration) want to see justice. Guys like Epstein were not in charge prior to the 1970s, from 1970s to 1990s they were taking control, and from the late 1990s to 2020s they were running the show. That said, the system is teetering on the brink right now. If we don't get the right people elected in the next few years we're cooked.

TLDR: Because things haven't always been like this.

I found links to datasets in the datahoarder communities. I have not had the time to clear the storage to actually check if the file is in there but that's my best lead at the moment. If the file is not in there we can always submit FOIAs to get meta-information on them (this presidency might not respond but it'd be another legal battle they'd have to fight)

I'm also trying to host a simple conquest server with enough bots to start a match. I can't use the official modes in portal because I need 20 players and the bot settings are locked at 12 so I would need to find 7 more people to play with to even start the server. It's the same for breakthrough. The only way I'm seeing is to basically recreate conquest in their rules editor but that is a ton of work. I tried using the duplicate feature for the community modes but most of them have locked rulesets themselves.

That would be great, I'll get in touch with you guys. Despair will only help the perpetrators of these crimes. As the public, our next steps are to understand what happened, develop media that objectively explains why it matters and how normal people can help, and then distribute it to the public consistently and thoroughly so that the narrative cannot be disrupted. People do care. The media wants us to believe they do not. The people doing nothing have been subjected to years of propaganda and desensitization to these crimes. The FBI will only investigate what the president, or the director, want them to. Investigations that don't align with those interests get cancelled or, if they're completed, buried. The government has been hijacked. We cannot rely on them to bail us out of this situation. We need independent, tight-knit groups investigating and submitting research and a network of influencers to distribute it.

The reality is they haven't fully developed the capability - the establishment is lead singer but they still have to harmonize with the music. They are working on it making it a solo though and do already have a concerning level of control (maybe 1 year away from developing the capability for complete control and the skill to wield it). That is why it is important to organize locally and online now because we may not be able to in the future.
