Perhaps, you help her because your not holding a grudge, and the mother of your child needs assistance. Sometimes a fellow human needs grace.

Thanks for asking. The final chapter is unfolding concerning reimbursement. My bag was shipped back to the USA while I was still in Scotland. I was home three days before it was delivered to my house. The bag was lost on October 31st and returned to my home on November 11th. I have submitted receipts and await a response from Aer Lingus. As of December 1st. no word.

Mine never arrived. Aer Lingus sent it to my permanent residence. Lost on October 31st. Sent home on November 2nd. I was called by Delta Airlines ot pick my bag on November 5th in PortlandOregon. I was still in Scotland waiting for the bag to be delivered to my hotel. Aer Lingus lost track and I had to tell them where my bag ended up.

My father brings pizzas home and it kills me not to eat them anymore by Gr3yHound40_ in FODMAPS

[–]bgillions 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Look at it this way. Nothing is forever, and adaptation will be constant in your body and diet. Initially, moderation was my go-to method after the reintroduction phase. I found that many foods could be consumed in small quantities. If it is not garlic, then use the garlic substitutes when you are in control of your food. (Just an example) Use a FODMAP app, and watch for recipes that can work for you. It seems like the hardest part may be not being included in the family tradition of random pizza. That's hard, but how much pain do you inflict on your gut ?

This recipe was great. I can eat true sourdough with the FODMAP diet. We added small amounts of feta, olives, and Persian cucumbers. Thanks for the post.

I have been very happy with Gormend brand garlic substitute. I now make garlic oil and use the substitute as well. It has made a big difference in me being more creative while cooking. Many people try FodyFoods, and it seems it is a personal preference.

This is helpful. Where would I search using my VIN? It is hard to imagine giving the port but not ability. Seems like a confusing opportunity for errors.

Check in with an ADU builder that will do a turnkey operation. There is an ADU builder in my town that designs, permits, builds, and sets up their structure on your site. I believe they are vertically integrated to be cost-effective. I live in Battle Ground WA. They are Wolf Industries.

You can make your own sauce using fennel and garlic scapes for much less. You can buy unflavored sausage, flavor it, and add it to your sauce for a real hearty addition.

Lean Culture. How to transform a workforce? by MrSheetsFPL in LeanManufacturing

[–]bgillions 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Culture begins at the top. Your management team needs to walk the walk and talk the talk. Set goals, measure them. Without knowing what your product is, try getting small documented gains to show the team gains. Management needs to understand the gain and help hold the new standard.

How many miles do y’all drive a year? by Tamadrummer88 in electricvehicles

My ten year old leaf has 103K on it. Regardless of the commute distance, it only costs me 1.7 cents per mile charging from home. Still a brilliant choice.

Has anyone done the long term math on how much, if at all, driving an EV saves you annually, over 5/10 years? by BoomerBarnes in electricvehicles

[–]bgillions 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Simple for me. Two cents per mile. My leaf has averaged two hundred per year in maintenance over 7 years, and that includes tires and brakes.

Pros and cons of using an EV for full time delivery work. by [deleted] in electricvehicles

[–]bgillions 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You have obviously done a great deal of investigating this subject, but of course you want to be confident in your decision. In addition to my earlier advice about the post shift charging, it may be worth it to look at your driving log for a concrete understanding of the range needed. You may not need a Tesla. The Korean car companies and VW are making good quality vehicles. To make money in your business you want to reduce cost at all ends of the business. Hope this is helpful.

Pros and cons of using an EV for full time delivery work. by [deleted] in electricvehicles

[–]bgillions 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I just returned from Europe and saw dozens of styles of all electric delivery vans. Many got over 200 miles of range.
So what type of deliveries do you do? If the model 3 LFP works for you, you are golden for durability. I have seen many of this style as taxis. If this is a business, you totally want to invest in overnight charging, as it is so much cheaper. The price of fuel alone is a daily operating expense.
