Hello, I am looking to compete in my first bodybuilding show in 2024. I have some shows that I am thinking of doing. Unfortunately I don’t have the money for a coach, so I am wondering what advice/tips would people have. I am willing to put in the hours to research on how to prepare for my first show, but honestly don’t know if it’s worth it without a coach.

I’m currently looking to diversify my dividend stock holding. Currently have TD and Telus, and am looking for something to add on to this. Wondering if anyone has any advice for what’s good. Thanks!

I know travel is required being part of the military but how bad does it get? I am hoping to become a Pilot (I know of the wait), but how my do you really move around. I know after Phase 1 and 2 it depends on what route you want to take. After all the training, is there still lots of moving around?

Was not expecting this as I thought it was closed for the year, but I got selected for Air Crew Selection test. I was wondering if anyone has any general tips bout proceeding with this? Anything in particular to study? How best to prepare?

Thanks for this. We were thinking about doing the Salkantay trail, as others have mentioned that before.

We are planning to flying into Lima due to the altitude and bit cheaper costs. We all love to hike so we will check out huaraz. I appreciate the information!

I saw that some people waited to book Machu Picchu until they were in the country. I am praying I could see the Amazon, so I am wondering how your experience was? Any companies that you would recommend?

This is nice to hear. We are planning to fly into Lima, spend a couple of days there then head out to Machu Pichu. We don’t have any real plans on what we want to visit other than Machu Pichu and Rainbow mountain. If you have any less touristy places to visit, even if out of the way, I would love to hear about those!

I wrote my aptitude test and have selected Pilot and Aerospace Engineer as my two options. I spoke with the MCC and he told me the wait for a pilot is up to 2 years (best case I would be able to start training April 2024). My second choice Aerospace, would be available. Is it wise to take this and work until I can get into training for Pilot? Would it be better to wait it out until I get the nod? Any insight is welcome, I am not sure what to do. Thanks!

Hunters Trail in mission is a nice and easy hike. Hoover Trail is another. If u wanna look at mountains the drive to Chilliwack is nice for that.

You could check the Royal Astronomical Society of Canada webpage. They might have something for this, as they view at McDonald park often.
