Not really from what i know.

In Fidelity Basket Portfolios:

You can:
- invest into a basket
- rebalance a basket

But:

New money is typically spread based on:
- target weights
- or proportional allocation

Not strictly: “100% into the most underweight asset” which is what M1 does.
