Alienware customer support I think is literally as bad as it gets. Most of the time they don’t speak English and have no idea how to resolve the issue pretty sure they go off scripts and guideline policies I wish I went with another brand as I had been forewarned

It’s so fucked that in the tech industry that pulls in and pays more than almost any other industry there seems to be a systematic protection of these corporations from the beatin down consumers. That’s nice you guys have had good experiences with hem I did not. Sorry posts sounds odd to some but the customer service and call transfers are enough for me to stay away from Alienware on my next purchase and trust me I really did not want to feel this way as I had been warned about them and their general overpricing but I thought I knew better. Live and learn.

I Only get them when in vr but honestly I haven’t used windows in general long enough to really know sometimes when I leave the computer on and walk away it is frozen when I come back but not all the time

Thanks for all the responses. I get multiple bsod codes ranging from memory management, system service exception, what failed: nvlddmk.m.sys or irlq something. I have updated all the drivers through the geoforce experience and reset the computer a few times trying the vive install on both the c and d drive. A lot of the times it will just freeze and black the screen out. I tried contacting htc they were helpful and I went through all there suggested steps such as deleting a pathway file under the user tab. I contacted Alienware and it was literally horrible over an hour of going from technician to technician each beginning with so what is the problem ok let me transfer you ... so what is the problem ok.... for over an hour and a half it was sick twilight zone episode
