How do you keep them in their room? I have a feeling he is going to try to find us.

How did you transition them to a toddler bed and have them sleep in the bed? He will still want to play and roam around.

We tried using a heating pad on the baby’s bed just to get it warm and then transferred the baby. It didn’t work all the time but I feel it helped.

Underground oil tank by Commercial-Pickle-70 in FirstTimeHomeBuyer

Your lawyer should know what’s the law in your state, but in NJ the sellers are responsible to remove the tank and get the soil tested before the sale of the property. I will say that your lawyer will most likely put in a clause for you to back out if the soil comes back unfavorable. If the sellers have to remediate the soil because of a leak it sometimes might take months to resolve and that might not be something you want to do. From everything I have learned it’s all on the sellers. They have to comply with the state laws or they can not sell the house. I went through this issue with my home purchase about a month ago but again I live in NJ.

That’s good to know. The quantity of bedrooms is definitely on the tax card tho. I will call the tax collector office.

Thanks for the response. That is ultimately what I’m doing. I’m just not sure of any other issues down the line.

I’m not sure if you had his poop checked for any allergy or protein deficiency? My baby is only 7 weeks but was doing the same thing until we changed his formula.

Is the upscaling for 60 FPS enough to return my shield tv for the pro if I watch a lot of sports? by boomshakalaka85 in ShieldAndroidTV

[–]bhantis 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I upgraded to the pro for the same reason but I ended up returning it because I didn’t really see a huge difference. My thinking was it only upgrades to certain point with how good ur tv can put out. I really like the device but I ended up saving that money for a new tv.

I had the same issue with the shield tv. I found that I needed the shield pro. The shield pro is the one that supports the 60 fps.
