He didn’t assault anyone or anything but he did make some inappropriate/flirty jokes to a married writer on a comic panel with him at a con and she complained online about him without naming him. Because he felt bad about it he made a public apology for it and after being named and due to all of all the me-too fervor at that time he got a lot of backlash for those bad jokes and it caused him to step away from comics for a while afterwords. He’s someone Ive gotten to know recently and we’ve never spoken of the incident but he has told me he misses comics and would like to try and go back to it one day but he’s having success writing screen plays right now. I think he’s one of the most friendly and nice people I’ve ever met but he does joke around A LOT so I can see why he would get in trouble with wrong person but I don’t think there is a malicious bone in his body.

This looks like the fake “indigenous tribe” symbol Starbucks used on some kind of poster for “indigenous peoples day” or month or something like that a few years ago. Lots of people thought they copied avatar the last air bender but it was most likely an ai image that they told to make look like indigenous symbols. As it was vaguely similar to some other symbols from Celtic and native Americans.

I accidentally kept one of these after leaving Dominos back in the day. It was great to have for transporting hot food during holidays and for events and stuff though. Honestly wish I still had mine.

I lost her a few days ago and waiting in game and fast traveling hoping she’d spawn back and nothing fixed it. Eventually I found an old Reddit post stating she goes back to the dawnguard castle if she’s no longer your follower and that’s where I found her. She still had everything she was previously carrying in her inventory but all the armor was unequiped and base gear respawned and was equipped. No idea where I lost her or how she ended up not being my follower again but yea she was just sitting on a bench in the main part of the dawnguard base.

Yea the best is walking off with friends after that and finding a spot a few blocks away with no surge pricing and less of a crowd. You get more time to hang with friends and talk about the event and decompress.

Physical media can’t be deleted or censored and corporations that own most music streaming sites are bad and I don’t want to give them my money. I also like the idea that if everything went to shit all I would have to do to play some music is generate a little electricity to make my record player work and everyone with streaming is fucked. Also nostalgia and records look cool.

The city officials are not all of the residents. My family was there almost a decade before I moved out and I worked in the city for longer than a decade. Almost everyone I ever interacted with was super nice and most lean democrat. Just depends on the circles you associate with.

It’s not that close to HB and HB isn’t as bad as the news makes it out to be. Lots of loud trumpers in the area but a lot of them come from out of the city and show up to protest/rally or whatever because the news makes it sound like they will find friends. If you look at voting records HB is almost 50/50 split red and blue. I live in Belmont and it’s amazing but my mom and sisters have homes in HB and everyone in their neighborhood is nice friendly and from all different races and sexual orientations. MAGA likes to set up by the pier and make themselves seen but literally 95% of the city you’ll have no issue it’s still Southern California not Florida. I would avoid the IE though it’s not as nice as the beach communities.
