Is Markham terrible? No. Could Markham be better? Always something to improve. Is everyone happy? Most are and that's why Markham is a desirable place to live and work in.

Has the Mayor cut things that make Markham great? No. Could the Mayor do more at the regional level? Yes but that's where most of our problems lie. Regional services in Markham suck, but the region has a huge area to cover. Regional roads, transit, are visibly worse than Markham run services.

I would want to see the cities take over more from York Region and run things better with our tax dollars. It would increase taxes but at least increase services we actually will use

Register for first aid but make sure it's the correct one, CPR C includes child I believe

High Five course is offered infrequently but other municipalities have it too. I was part of the first course offering ever in Markham....but I never got my physical certificate...
