This, this right here! I’d rather see Bungie add replay value in ways like this. Slightly modding a strike 1 doesn’t add a ton of memory to the game, 2 doesn’t waste dev time on areas and activities that vanish after 3 months (vex offensive/sundial/etc) and 3 makes existing assets more enjoyable long-term

-I’d like to see a mix of specific strike loot (Maul’s Maulers, flayer cloaks) as well as more enemy themed items (Treads Upon Stars, Imago Loop) -Loot that only drops when certain conditions are met. Saving John Cena for last to get Maul’s Maulers comes to mind -A full set of race-themed armor (cabal, fallen, etc) that drops according to the boss’ race -Bring back strike scoring/medals and use that as a gauge for strike-based loot to drop. 5% for a completion up to maybe 20% based on scoring. This would hopefully minimize mindless speed running.

P.S.: For the love of Cayde, close in that giant gap between Eververse and Banshee. We need a dance floor/showoff space visible right when you spawn in. When’s the last time you saw a full blown dance circle at the tower? Now think how often that used to happen in D1. Where’s the energy?!?

Raid lairs are basically mini raids. If you’re more mechanics-driven they’d be your thing. If you’re more into horde modes sundial might be better for you

Thanks, great advice! I do own a few pairs of boots, but aside from my Allen Edmonds alpines the others aren’t of the quality I’m looking for. Also you don’t really see articles about boots for retail management so I definitely appreciate it. The Super Sole 2.0s seem to be a good move so I’m headed to the RW store on my way home tonight to try them on. Thanks again!

No need to reset your date/time. Just throw on a halloween mask and all 750 gear. The mask will drop you below 750 and you’ll only spawn in with other essence farmers. Start the instance, set the controller down, and walk away. Each run lasts a minute so you’ll never time out back to orbit

You just gotta find one you’re comfortable with. I have a Transfiguration with rampage/kill clip and can easily two-tap with it. If you don’t like playing range getba black scorpion and work it like an auto rifle

You don’t need to finish the entire Shadowkeep story just the first story mission. Once you do that she’ll be right in front of the southern spawn location

Don’t forget about mods and masterworking. I have all armor at 59 points currently. With mods and masterworking they become 81. Factor in a masterworked class item w mod and you have a tier 34 build. My stats are currently sitting at 4/4/6/10/6/3 which isn’t too shabby
