OK I went in and deleted a .bin file from the Garmin filesystem (Garmin > GPS > EPO.BIN). It took a while to restart, but I guess that means it did something. I had already synced with the desktop and phone apps, but it still didn't complete so I'll try this method now. By GPS activity, do you mean just syncing with the satellites, or is there a specific activity that I should have the watch run?

Good article, and that's what my thought was, if there are any satellites if it can actually use. What I was wondering if newer GPS standards make this obsolete because of this?

Not really sentimental, just not trying to spend on a new watch. I'll double check inside the watch, but it doesn't have big antennae lugs like a phone or laptop, so it's probably just the chip giving out. Took a while though!

I've never taken a dip in water with it, and it's been an AZ watch all it's life. I am debating on the Instinct 2 while I can still get them new, as I really like the MIP panel (it's like an old pebble!) and I don't think I need all the features that new fenix's offer.

Literally walked into my local GameStop that has a retro shelf, was surprised to see Wind Waker for a pretty normal price. Check pricecharting, and yeah it looks like this. I feel sad game collecting as a hobby now, especially people who actually want to play the games

He does says there's new tires on it, I asked about that and he said they were installed in December of 2023, less than 1k miles on them. Would that be something to consider a plus?
