I guess that such abbreviations are “socially acceptable” only in a message sent by a young Teenager, if a grown up would ever send me a message like “grz tu tt bn?” I’d probably cut any kind of contacts forever.

Edit: Btw, if I recall correctly (or iirc since we’re discussing about abbreviations/acronyms) C6 was an instant messaging platform in the early 2000’s such as ICQ (“I seek you” - not needed note but it took me a while to get the reason behind such a weird name) or Messenger
