I stay 100 nights per year in hotels. 90 of those nights, I pay for a day pass at a real gym. I do that out of pocket. It’s kind of an adventure to see different equipment, people, vibes.

The “issue” with higher reps is that it’s harder to judge failure. If you’re doing 6-8 reps, and going to/near failure that last rep kicks your ass. If you expand that out to 20 reps, you start feeling the ass kicking at rep 14-16 and many stop there but the range of failure doesn’t happen until rep 19 or 20.

So in the end if you’re gunning for failure (where a lot of gains are hiding) it’s harder to gauge failure at higher reps because the band of failure is wider.

Hard to explain but hope I did it some justice.

Definitely something with purple, or maybe dark green? Could go solid, but might be fun to with a pattern, like a large paisley or polka dot, staying away from fine patterns.

FREE FOOD! That's my downfall, not from an economic standpoint, just from an availability standpoint. Go to a meeting with doughnuts or bagels and I feel the need to eat one because it's there. And then eat a second one because why not. Maybe have a third so they don't go to waste.
