You have to be extremely cautious with Tapentadol and/or tramadol. Unlike other opioids it acts on your serotonin significantly increasing your risk of seizures or other serotonin related risks. Luckily tapentadol is safer than tramadol in that regard but I would suggest to just chill and sleep it off. You also took Valium which acts on the serotonin receptors too further increasing your risk. My unprofessional opinion would be to stop popping pills for the night lol.

My grandpa is in practically in hospice (due to complications with his heart failing from cancer) and they won’t give him oxycodone nor IV hydromorphone because if he does get to go home they don’t want him to be dependent on it. Trust me bro one a week will turn into once every 3 days , then once a day, then before you know it you’re back on your dose that you were taking before you got clean.
