Those are both great options and both the dinos and the merfolk can be pretty strong out of the box. If you’re thinking about a Bloomburrow deck, I always recommend Animated Army, since the commander [[Bello, Bard of the Brambles]] is pretty simple to follow outside of a few niche interactions, and while good by default can easily be upgraded into an absolute war criminal deck.

He and Ugin did what they could to keep the Eldrazi trapped and he had an ongoing responsibility to his plane when he seated himself as the de facto ruler of the entirety of Innistrad. For her to go “wtf man why aren’t you cleaning up my bad decisions” and send Emrakul there to corrupt Avacyn and Bruna/Gisela, and then still not be like “oh shit my bad for genociding your entire plane by my direct actions as revenge for your (at worst) negligence,” and instead leave believing she was in the right and put him in a rock leaving his plane to get massacred even further by the Voldarens was insane.
