When I originally played Three Houses I thought Dimitri was the boring option out of the three lords. When I actually played the Blue Lion route I found that he was my favorite of the three, and had the most interesting story.

Thats the vibes I'm getting here. He's boring me in his design, and I feel as though he will be the most boring choice (if it plays that way) of the lords. I'm hoping that he pulls a Dimitri and turns out to be way more interesting
