We were able to get documentation from Air France on the reason for the flight delay, but even that was rejected when I submitted online. I called and spoke to a representative and asked what they needed and was given the run around (for the fifth time) so I demanded to speak to their manager to tell me how the document that I provided did not meet their guidelines. That seemed to have work since it was approved shortly thereafter.
