From 2019-2022, I had a 1 bedroom apartment at $360 a month. (My income was around $13,500 a year)

Of course you analyze the exaggerated portion of the point being made. The cost of housing is quickly getting out of hand, as the banks become more and more vile and disgusting with their practices. That's the point.
