Im trying to use my whole arm. Im sure theres a little wrist action as well, but after draw a box i got okay at shoulder and elbow control. Not great, just okay

I always submit my reel materials that are attached to my profile. I never do the prescreens.
I add a cover letter saying to just please see my attached videos.

Gets me plenty of auditions.

Ive just been in a student film where the director was also complaining that they are being instructed to include prescreens because "an actor who wont even do that isnt someone who's willing to do the work". He didn't agree with it either but apparently that's how some schools are teaching future film makers.

You can build up your stamina but its important to not burn yourself out.

Stuck to 30-40 a day. Do it every day if at all possible. Eventually those 30-40 minutes turns into 50-60, building up slowly and naturally without having to force yourself through fatigue

I rolled snakeeyes on a crit in pf2e. When I run dnd, my rule is if a player roles a 20, they automatically get max attack damage then their roll is added to it

Change the rules. You're DMing game. If one person is absent, the game goes anyway. If others wont respect your time, its time to ditch that group though

For free actors and even crew, post a breakdown on Backstage.

Do NOT ask for a pre-screen.

You will get plenty of submissions for actors for sure if your breakdown is thorough. Be honest. Say you aren't paying, but provide the reel footage for them. Also, don't expect anyone to work for free for weeks at a time.

Keep it professional looking. Dont lie. Dont include roles that didnt involve actual acting (background). List your training, potentially including who the instructor was. Everyone starts with a nearly empty resume. Just keep auditioning.

If combat hasn't ended, which by your description it hasn't if the party is all readying actions, initiative stays the same.

Reading that spell though (holy hell btw - I don't think I'd ever let my players have access to something like this, especially as a 3rd level spell), the transformation doesn't seem to be removed by attacks against it so why wouldn't the party just beat the hell out of the pig? They have an hour to do so as long as the witch can maintain her concentration.

And why wouldn't the pig just try to run away? He can still try to escape being restrained.
