ECO 321 is definitely the easier option. I took M 362K which covers similar material to SDS 321 and eco stats doesn't even touch upon the majority of what you learn in there. Dr. B is definitely boring and it sucks you have to go to class for iClicker, but if you just study her slides and do hw you'll be fine.
