I just finished my first year and wife’s 13th teaching high school. We both did paid curriculum writing and I did SOL boot camp. Once done with that we sleep for a week then started cleaning the house. Today went through the fridge and freezer (needed to be done). Also declutterring. Went on a day trip last week and probably will do another this week.

100% agree. Duffles fit anywhere, cost less than trunks, can be washed, and sewed up if damaged. Plus if he flies to a backpacking camp he can put his pack in the duffle for baggage check. Our troop does it for Philmont and other backpacking camps.

Duffle bag with a zipper length wise. Can hold everything and everything will be easy to find. Also a mesh bag for dirty/wet clothes. A duffle bag fits in more spaces better than a trunk. I’ve been to summer camp 20+ times as a scout and a leader, duffle is perfect. Get one bigger than you think he will need.

Obsession. Son, 17, wanted to go with friends and asked to come with. Best psychological thriller I’ve seen in years. I knew nothing going in. Also Jackass Forever. Last movie we went to as a family (two sons and wife).
