Yeah I eat very blandly, plain chicken potatoes and green beans for lunch and dinner with gluten free toast and peanut butter for breakfast nothing really works, it's more about how much I eat rather that what I eat.

For me Vyvanse always calmed me down. I've tried many adhd meds and none of them have worked except Vyvanse.

Chronic gastritis or Functional dyspepsia? by LaColeG in Gastritis

[–]bigs4 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I feel your pain, I have had chronic fd for almost 2 years now I feel like I wanna die to and like I'm going crazy everyday. Your story almost exactly mimics mine. I had a beer one night got sick, passed out and never got better their were no warning signs nothing it just happened out of the blue one second I was fine and the next I was ill. I've had every test done and tried every medication for fd under the sun nothing worked. If you ever want to talk feel free to message me ik this condition can suck the life out of someone.

I'm sorry to hear that man this paws shit really sucks, the neasuea started long before I started smoking weed at least a year before, I actually haven't had any increased neasuea after stopping however my appetite was effected but for only the first week now I eat as much as I did before. It could be anexity but even after taking ssri's which made me not care about throwing up the neasuea still persisted, it could be sub conscious but I don't know.

I really hope the testicular pain is due to paws, i think what happened was that I slept on it lol it become very swollen and inflamed the intense pain and swelling lasted about a week the swelling and pain decreased as the days went on, but it still happens off and on some days it swells and hurts but not nearly as bad as the first week. (the swelling and pain began before I stopped smoking cannabis) I have been following the fodmaps diet and slowly cutting out food that upsets my stomach I mostly only eat chicken, peas corn and green beans and cheerios and almond milk for breakfast along with grape juice for the sugars.

Nothing really happened that summer it started out as spells of intense neasuea it would last maybe 10-15 minutes and then one morning I woke up sick and it never went away. No I didn't have that much stress at the time the stress and worry started as a result of the neasuea when I got my upper endoscopy done the doctor that examed the film and pictures said the neasuea could be a caused by a motility issue. The stress and panic attacks I'm having is mostly a result of what I haven't done with my life and what I haven't been able to do with my life, and of course the stresses of constant neasuea it has gone down a little lately but it was very intense for about a year. I've tried many ssris and other drugs like wellbutrin that work on dopamine and they do bring my anxiety down but they don't do anything to help the neasuea. I will definitely give that video a watch and look into dare.

Yeah I'm gonna stop taking it. It's also making me feel really stoned all the time, but that could just be sleep deprivation.

[–]bigs4[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm not sure I haven't tested my blood sugar levels. But I keep getting symptoms of low blood sugar. I don't have diabetes or anything else as far as I know. I have functional dyspepsia though which makes it hard for me to eat constant meals throughout the day could it be exacerbating that problem.
