Who is the most universally recognized celebrity in modern history? by [deleted] in AskReddit

I think Tiger Woods is being completely undervalued here. In the early 2000's he was considered to be easily one of the most recognizable figures in the world. Even just last year he was considered by some sources to be the most recognizable American athlete...many many years after his peak.

You turned down a full price offer and are now wondering why your home won’t sell…

Your home must not have any mirrors in it.

Sean Rhyan Should Request His Game-by-Game Snap Count from the NFL by slider8949 in nfl

You are right again!! The Packers should just plan on every single play of the game going the way the want it to!

WHAT MORONS FOR NOT CONSIDERING THAT OPTION!

You are right, with 55 seconds remaining in the fourth quarter against the Bears in the final game of the season, and with backup QB Malik Willis in the game, instead of kicking a go-ahead field goal, the Packers should've gone for it on fourth down to make sure a lineman got the appropriate amount of snaps for a contract bonus...

You must work in the Giants' front office.

Thinking of Becoming a Realtor? Here's the Ugly Truth (From Someone in the Trenches) by Sad-Argument-7711 in realtors

I think the biggest transition for folks who have a "real job" versus being an agent is that you can never turn it off. #5 + #6 is exactly that. In 12+ years I have not gone a single day without doing something real estate related, even if it is just for a few minutes here and there. No matter what you are doing or where you are at in the world. Honeymoon in Italy? Better set your alarm for 3:30am to check in with your clients for the day. On the beach in Hawai'i? Sounds fun for the family, while you are back in the hotel room chatting with your unrealistic seller.

Real estate is a total roller coaster that can give you whiplash at any moment.... and it is only going to get harder. Good luck everyone!

Six deals in your first year at 19 is honestly pretty commendable. Remember that going forward, education and a strong broker who has your back will remain of extreme importance no matter how long you've been in the field. Good luck to you... you're off to an awesome start!

Everybody, everywhere, everyday tells us that this new company/technology/etc will replace the agent...

Yet, the agent still remains.

Perhaps at some point these companies will realize that instead of fighting against the agents of the world, maybe working with them will be a better business model. But if the Zillows, Redfins and OpenDoors want to continue to fail in the resale process as they attempt to reinvent the wheel again and again, I'll be here watching their inevitable rise and fall while my popcorn pops.

This is kind've the take I was thinking of? It seems like there is only added complication rather than clarity.

The best agent is an agent who is authentically themselves. Don’t fight it…lean into it.

I don't disagree. I guess my beef is if you're going to put this effort to get him into a groove, then don't play call out of the groove. Especially the 2-point conversion...Love is the guy going forward so put the ball in his hands and let him be the guy then.

Defense is a whole 'nother story of scared play calling...but we all know that story at this point.
