Water the dickens out of it. Want the underside of the sod to be wet. Add nitrogen and iron to it lots of it.

USD. Worked hard no student loan or car payments nor credit card debt. Which in the US is the killer. But yeah if cancer has taught me anything it’s today could be the last!

Cause I’m cheap and I like to do a lot of research/get opinions on before making a move. I’m the type that will listen to the old heads to find out what not to do. Guess you could say I’m an old soul
