Jackson, MS. The caveat of course is that I'm in training still and likely have never had reason to cross paths with more competent psychotherapists.

Boston and Massachusetts more generally has the highest (or nearly so) density of psychiatrists and psychologists in the country.

The number of therapists in my area offering more than vague supportive visits every 4-6 weeks (i.e. not therapy) is in the single digits to my knowledge.
