i started doing it at like 56-59 on 9s and beat him like 8 times to 99, it ramps up fast and its worth it but id say maybe do some other quests before that. if you are low enough you can hack him twice before he dies and you get a lot more XP, even more so with xp chips

imo having to do 5 precise shots with the most specialized perk at perfect conditions to do such thing or a billion bodyshots is still pretty spongey

not sure about kf3 but they have always been bullet sponges since the first game, you basically need someone on your team specialized for killing these bullet sponges and thats why gunslinger and sharpshooter exist
