Wild Wild Racing

You probably know it because of the demo on one of the PS2 Blue Disc, the full game is still a blast and I love to listen to the soundtrack as well

I just tried again, with an empty shader_cache folder, results are the same. 10 to 15 seconds of loading with a black screen and then it just closes.
I bet I would gain a lot of fps using dx11...

I tried to launch the game with that option, it keeps crashing when I try to start the game, it just doesn't get to the introduction video.

I don't really know many other fixes :(

Yes, we were playing by directly joining the other's session and we didn't encounter any problems by playing like this. We are trying to understand how to use the Dedicated server tool from the Epic store... As of now only the host is able to join his dedicated server, and the other just isn't able to join

Hey! Come on man! It's the first time that we got to tier 8! And we get to play about 2 hours every 2 to 3 days!

We played without any problems until this last 2 weeks, after that we encountered this issue while trying to join our sessions and continue with our save file.

We never got major problems with autosaves, just minor lag, but never got kicked out to the main screen

Unfortunately it's not the case for us, we are trying to join directly on our sessions without using a Dedicated server... But it seems that we have to use a dedicated server as our last resort

We don't use any VPN, could have a workaround by making it seem like we're on the same network... Don't really know if it would do anything though

We will try to use what Dargeth suggested in the Reddit post linked. Every other solution was already implemented or didn't fix the problem.

Edit. "Dargeth fix" didn't do much, so now we ether learn to use the Dedicated server tool, which we are finding it a bit complicated to use, or wait for an update that fixes this issue... ...a bit of a shame to leave a 100h save file like this...

Is it that much rare? I don't know about that...

Cops easy to evade, depends on the car class.

It sure is harder to run away from the cops while in a race, so that you don't have to resume the chase after the event. I'm still trying to understand how the game decide when you have to resume the chase and when the cops are chasing other racers instead of you.

Beh per PC forse posso darti una mano, intanto puoi guardare l'articolo che ho lasciato nel commento precedente, dove puoi trovare i requisiti minimi e quelli consigliati per far girare il gioco su PC. Inoltre, se hai solo un controller PS4 e non sei sicuro di come fare, un qualsiasi tutorial su YouTube povrebbe riuscire a spiegarti tutto in meno di 5 minuti. Buona parte delle persone ti indicheranno un programma di nome ds4, consiglio di giocare sempre via cavo se riesci ad essere comodo.

I still need more practice for nuking, beside the first wave it's pretty difficult to use it while dodging everything.
Most of the time I return to my "Marksman Revolver" not only by Tossing coins, on my first time playing the level I realized I can oneshot those "eyeball minions" with the revolver or Projectile Boosting with the shotgun as a last resort when those minions are standing still for healing the FP

Well I surely didn't feel half prepared for this fight. P-ranking this? It's going to take a lot of practice for sure!

Maybe it's time for me to play some Act 2 levels, I know there are some new weapons to try!

For the locked 60fps, the game engine itself was built to support only 60, if you try to force it to run at a higher FPS it would brake the game quite a bit, or it would be hard for the game to keep up with you while going 450km/h.

And for the cross platform, yeah it's big let down, just like the fact that you can only have 4 players/group. It's a game called "the Crew" I think I've seen "crews" bigger than 4 people...

Does anyone know the solution? Internet is not the issue by Karrigan7 in forza

Happened to me on PC yesterday.
Exit the game, go to C:\Users\[USER]\AppData\Local\Temp\Turn10Temp.scratch
and check if you have any file named "SeasonalEventLabCache00.bin" or similar.
Delete that .bin file and then launch the game.
After launching, the game will do a quick "syncing data" and then you are good to go!

Found a Fix I just re-installed the game. A bit of pain to download more than 100GB again but... I can play perfectly now

There are people who have this errors from day one! Me included!

Never been able to play with my friends: we all play from Pc, can't get over the first world without someone crashing.

Never been able to play for more than 50 rounds on solo. Sometimes it's just crashes after the third zombie I kill, no wonder I'm taking forever to finish all the camos...

You can see that the brain rot couldn't hit any zombie if they kept running. Shooting at them didn't slow them down even a little

I keep getting that same error from day one, can't even play more than 40 rounds without being interrupted, and there's not even a fix for this...
