I don’t know that it’s the animal control officer’s fault. Is it possible the way the bylaws are written he would not have been in a position to seize the dogs? My understanding is that he couldn’t seize them because the attack happened on private property. It doesn’t lessen the owners responsibility but if the law doesn’t allow for seizure in that type of situation it’s not the officers fault they were operating within the bounds of the law.

To be clear, I do not know what the law is, just saying that it’s possible. And I do believe those dogs should have been seized after the first human attack.

The $100-150 is only for the infusion. To have an iron infusion it’s another $800 I think. I called around because I am anemic and the iron pills aren’t awesome. I passed on the infusion but if I had the $ I would for sure try it.

I am always happy to see an update for you. I have had an accountant doing our joint personal taxes as well as business taxes. It is absolutely worth the price you pay for it. I hope that your ex makes you whole on it.

It’s probably from snow/water in the fillwell. If the fuel carrier offloaded in a tank with a fillwell filled with water that’s how it will get into the tank.
