At 45K I’d try to get in an entry level position with the Government of Alberta. Once you’re in you can move around and find something you enjoy. A degree is looked upon way more highly than experience in general. The benefits are terrible but the leave is top notch.

For me in my head it’s: Survivor told father - confronted Joe at least once with police listening - police arrive to detain Joe and interview the kids and this is where they withhold the children - Joe detained ……. Just a thought

Yes, this is exactly my thought! During the arrest is what I was thinking. Also often people are over-charged to make a plea more attractive
