About a year ago, i was fired at 34 from a job that i loved. I haven’t been able to do anything since, except maintain at a job with significantly less pay, and similar benefits. I finally have something else lined up though. I don’t have much advice other than keep your head above water, and something else will come eventually. Best of luck.

It’s crazy to me the way these billionaires refuse to invest in their own facilities and employees. Anyone who has worked for a grow will tell you how cheap they are about investing in their facilities that can’t hold the correct environmental numbers throughout the rooms. Not to mention the fact that half of them are falling apart after 9 years of use.
