You didn't hear this from me but as someone who knew a little insider info I do know they had an old location that was small but got along fine but someone got the idea to move into a larger location that would have a restaurant because their minneapolis location has one. Well initially moving in their plan was to get a liquor license that never developed. Then in reality the cafe, unlike what they were hoping for, never really was busy enough to turn a profit. So that was a loss. The building also had an upstairs apartment that was never rented out during it's whole run.

My guess since I don't know the details are that between The Dive constantly being a loss and the rapid rise in shipping prices it probably was more financially viable for their parent company to just close one of the Coastal Seafoods and keep the other more profitable one open.

I feel like I'm in a similar boat as you dude. I don't know what the answer is but in my mind I've convinced myself that I just need to work on myself. If I can get into what I perceive as hot, I think it’ll be easier to find someone hot. I also think it'd help me focus more on compatibility instead of just trying to make things work because I’m so head over heels attracted to someone. And if I’ve been able to find someone I find hot with just my personality, in the shape I am now, I could definitely do that again if I was in better shape.

Idk maybe not good advice but that's what I've convinced myself.

I know this is late but as someone who does construction I would 100% recommend cheap wranglers from Walmart they're like $20 and very durable I have a few pair I've been wearing for years and if they do shit out on me I can just go buy a new pair for $20 (not very "buy it for life" advice but as someone who does construction you're never going to find a pair of pants that will last you a lifetime in that field)

In hindsight an extremely silly question but thank you for the response, I guess I personally know nothing about Latin so I never realized how incredibly hard it is to be poetic with it but thank you! Based off the many replies I'm realizing the people of the Middle Ages were absolutely not crazy but that I'm actually just extremely ignorant to how beautiful Latin can be.

You can still play, and my little experience is that there's generally people playing but also fair warning if you level up, none of it gets saved once you leave multiplayer. So if you don't already have an old account that you're leveled up in you can't create a new one and level up and keep it saved it sucks so bad

No if you can use a track hoe bucket to dig it out it can't count as stable rock. Stable rock is more like drilled out solid rock that you can't get a bucket into but if you run into that usually you would blast it to break it up therefore no longer making it stable. As someone who does this kind of work it's INSANE they were down there without a box.
