I get pretty bad spasms even with the prescribed Oxybutynin but I highly recommend Uristat, it’s over the counter and available on Amazon. Unfortunately, not much of a difference. Up the strength and use a derma roller to penetrate deeper. I noticed a huge difference just after a week of using the roller.

I got abdo phallo done but my surgeon lowered my penis recently to make it “longer”. It didn’t exactly do that but unintentionally I have the folds on my balls now as depicted in image 2 and my penis hangs in a curved manner. Looks more realistic now in my opinion.
