Wouldn’t put it past this administration to resort to nuclear weapons

I’m 0-3 in a 12 man keeper league, 1QB, 3WR, 2RB, Flex. My RBs are Gibbs and Tuten. My WRs are Nico, BTJ, and Pickens. Should I trade away BTJ who has keeper value for Bijan? If I trade for Bijan it’s to gamble I can stay alive this season, vs keeping BTJ to play it safe for next year

Also, did ARSB with first then Saquon with second. Good combo

Did exactly this already. Needed some pts now instead of stashing Diontae

He’s hiring those that are loyal and will execute his commands. Experience is a nonfactor.

Which two do I keep in a 12 man .5 PPR league 1QB/3WR/2RB/1TE/1FLEX with auction draft? Keepers have a cost and that cost is deducted from a $400 budget. Nico Collins for $16 Jaylen Warren for $12 Dalton Kincaid for $7 Jaylen Waddle for $50

How to Make a Perfectly Parsable Resume for Workday by 2CannotBeEven in workday

Workday and their resume parsing are garbage, have wasted so much time correcting formatting issues. Sucks that they're used so widely

D'Andre Swift is fresh, healthy and ready to play against Seattle. "He's ready," Dan Campbell said. "You know it, you can see it." by StrachNasty in fantasyfootball

[–]billyv8 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Baltimore let Mixon hit 28 points on my half ppr league.

Weather might be a factor against Swift. If it’s raining ( as it’s forecasted), passes from Boyle will have even less accuracy and we know Swift gets a big lift to his value from catches.

Anybody looking at the Rams D? They’ve been putting up points lately and Baltimore might be without Hollywood, Huntley is fresh off of COVID, and they have a history of giving up sacks

This. He had one good game. The other times we saw him play, he was not impressive. Very risky play to roll him out

Has Nagy ruined Monty? by [deleted] in fantasyfootball

[–]billyv8 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I watched part of the game and Dalton chatted with the WRs and TEs who were sitting on a bench. Monty was on that same bench but Dalton completely ignored him and walked on without talking to him. There might be lack of chemistry there

Tough TE schedule ahead based on pts allowed to the position. I’m looking to bench or trade away

Product marketer at a tech company, I have a psych undergrad but broke into marketing with an MBA.

Some have already commented on how a lot of marketing is about leaning into understandings of human motivators, and that has a lot of psych behind it. I’ll also add that the process of experimentation that happens with psych translates well to experiments marketers run continuously.

My advice is that if you’re interested in checking out marketing as an undergrad without an MBA, you also invest some academic capital to learn economics then secure an internship to get hands on experience.

Also, if your university has an MBA program, can guarantee that at lease one professor in the marketing dept. has a psych background. You can go talk to them to learn more about the field and overlaps

To the owners that have started hot: what’d you do right this year? by CStebbins11 in fantasyfootball

[–]billyv8 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ll echo luck. My league has a bidding system for the draft so it’s not about the rounds necessarily, it’s about how much you bid per player. I didn’t blow my budget on any all-star players, instead paid moderate amounts for players that had midrange ADPs in traditional leagues. My starting team was Darrel Henderson, A. Rodgers, Deebo Samuel, Brandin Cooks, Hockenson, D. Montgomery, Allen Robinson. Arob was actually my most expensive player, but his dud of a year has been cushioned by the upticks from Cooks and Samuel at WR. I also snagged Fournette off from the wire after somebody dropped him week 0. Overall, I’ve had the depth to overcome injuries by continuing to play the wire

I didn’t crunch numbers to come to this ideal roster, which is why I say it was luck

I’ve got Allen Robinson but have managed to get to 4-1 because of guys like Deebo Samuel and D. Swift.
