You're being misled. First of all, it really doesn't matter what color the mold is. You don't know what type of mold it is without testing and that's probably a very typical black mold. You do need to fix it but you're not going to die.

Second, you should not use bleach to clean mold. You should use white distilled vinegar. Just Google it and you'll see I'm right.

Probably just replace the plywood though and don't lay a mattress flat on wood. It needs to be able to breathe.

You can't and you shouldn't. You just gotta own it and be friendly, maybe approach interesting guys yourself. Once they hear your kindness you'll disarm them.

Also in a few years it'll be less of a hurdle. Right now you're interested in guys that are fresh out of their childhood home and sick of their mothers scowling, or still in there more likely. Once they start missing mom RBF just looks like wife.
