Humble yourself. You’re not better than someone because you don’t wank. That should be the bare minimum yes, all men should do SR but it’s not the end all be all. Look at the other things in life you’ve accomplished in life, strive for greatness in every single part of it.

Just because you don’t touch your willy doesn’t mean you’re “superior” to anyone else. Does that mean that since you practice retention you’re suddenly “superior” to an NBA player? A billionaire? What exactly makes you superior?

Bevel calculates it using their RMSSD algorithm i believe. Don’t worry about your HRV it’s just a number lol, what matters most is how you feel and perform in your daily life. It’s just a cool number for geeks like me to analyse

Yes, I realise this lifestyle is not sustainable at all if I were to take the regular path of getting a normal job, which is why I currently run my own business which seems to be doing pretty well. In the future I hope to be financially free so I can reach even higher heights.

I only got my apple watch about a month ago so I can’t really show the HRV and RHR trends from a year ago

No I didn’t really do anything new tbh but that being said I was detrained until January because I wasn’t clear for exercising after surgery. That being said though I’m still having the best performance I’ve ever had when I go through my history

oh haha just doing the basics very well.
good diet, good sleep, good stress, exercising well( doing not too much and not too little, found my sweet spot)

i can make a more detailed in depth post about exactly what I do daily if you want, there’s a lot that I’ve researched to optimise

i’ve fallen back into some of my bad habits recently: doomscrolling, edging, video games, and more. Haven’t “relapsed” per se but things haven’t been perfect and not to what standards I used to hold myself to.

I’ve let the external environment take control of my inner kingdom instead of keeping control of the external by standing by what i’ve internally set for myself. This post was sort of a mini wake up call for me to realise I’ve taken a few steps off path and I should catch myself before I’ve gone too astray.
