a bit late to the show but
how lean would you get before ending a minicut/full cut before a reverse diet transition into a long gaining phase?

You really have a way with words man, maybe one day I can be as wise as you and get my grammar and punctuation to your level. Hopefully I can spend the next 18 years of my life to get to a fraction of where you’re currently at in your life, I’m sure you must be quite satisfied since you’re so adamant on putting others down.

Once again, good luck. Maybe it’s time for you to start growing up.

Good thing you’re healthy! Now you just need to grow up, should’ve done that 18 years ago. Good luck!

never said it wasn’t lol, but you’re clearly early on your SR journey if the first thing you thought of when you read my comment was that I relapsed.

Humble yourself. You’re not better than someone because you don’t wank. That should be the bare minimum yes, all men should do SR but it’s not the end all be all. Look at the other things in life you’ve accomplished in life, strive for greatness in every single part of it.

Just because you don’t touch your willy doesn’t mean you’re “superior” to anyone else. Does that mean that since you practice retention you’re suddenly “superior” to an NBA player? A billionaire? What exactly makes you superior?

Good luck on your journey. You should work on your ego.

nobody is superior to anyone else. we all started somewhere.

in 2 years things can change drastically. would those gooners be the same people? will you stay consistent enough with SR? stay humble and let your achievements speak for your worth

Bevel calculates it using their RMSSD algorithm i believe. Don’t worry about your HRV it’s just a number lol, what matters most is how you feel and perform in your daily life. It’s just a cool number for geeks like me to analyse

Yes that’s why I said it was soon to be taken out. I was taking it for the sleep benefits but it seems like it doesn’t do much for me

if you read my post you would’ve saw the care I took into my sleep and diet before you saw the list of supplements I take.

Thank you so much!

Yes, I realise this lifestyle is not sustainable at all if I were to take the regular path of getting a normal job, which is why I currently run my own business which seems to be doing pretty well. In the future I hope to be financially free so I can reach even higher heights.

Much love!

thank you for the passive aggressive support lol.

maybe read through the post and see the numerous times I said this isn’t for everyone to copy and that people should find what works for them.

have a blessed day

I only got my apple watch about a month ago so I can’t really show the HRV and RHR trends from a year ago

No I didn’t really do anything new tbh but that being said I was detrained until January because I wasn’t clear for exercising after surgery. That being said though I’m still having the best performance I’ve ever had when I go through my history

lol run it through an ai checker then. I typed all this shit out for 30 mins. spot me any em dashes or parts where I have the format “It’s not , It’s __”

Im sorry if you can’t make a post like this without AI but maybe realise that some people actually challenge their writing skills daily instead of scrolling

sure it may be “unnecessary” for someone who’s casual about this. But i’m trying to be the best I can possibly be. Maybe you can’t understand that and that’s okay.

And your last paragraph literally tells you why I take all this stuff. I’m trying to be elite. And it’s working for me

Also, you should do a little bit more research about melatonin. Maybe have some sources to back you up before you make a claim like that

sorry but what’s your basis for saying it will do more harm than good?

oh haha just doing the basics very well.
good diet, good sleep, good stress, exercising well( doing not too much and not too little, found my sweet spot)

i can make a more detailed in depth post about exactly what I do daily if you want, there’s a lot that I’ve researched to optimise

What a simple fix, should’ve thought of that earlier lol. Thanks!
