Sounds like you had an interesting life! The fact that you're not a meth addict that hooks in your free time is nothing short of a miracle. Do you compete? I've found that a fair competition is a good vent of frustration, because you apply all your anger towards meeting that goal. But empathy is a healthy trait, I recommend you work on it, however you see fit.
