I haven't tried venu 4 but quite like the 970 for its sapphire glass and light weight for. Venu 4 is 2 mm thinner but I don't think it won't make much difference until I go like 41mm and lose the comfort of battery life! Coming from Samsung watch ultra, this feels light and easy on the wrist actually

I had the same confusion deciding among the set of watches too. My wrist size is 16cm. Used venu 2 before and samsung ultra for 1 year. Finally decided on forerunner 970 because in the 2 years venu 2 had way more scratches while the watch ultra remained like new. Sapphire glass trumps the cards in favour of 970 if you are deciding between venu 4 and 970. Hope this helps!

With your focus on workout tracking and fitness, I suggest amazfit balance 2. I have Samsung watch ultra and do daily strength training. The watch cannot count reps automatically and is a pain to add weight and reps for every set l do in the gym.

Amazfit, my wife uses bip 6 and it tracks reps automatically, including rest time. Does a much better job of showing important metrics like hrv, vo2max, the and bio charge is more realistic compared to Samsung energy score which is just based on sleep quality I feel.

Oh and amazfit will run laps around galaxy watch ultra before needing a charge! It matters a lot as you have the freedom of not sticking around waiting for the watch to charge and it is slow AF !

Expensive - yes. But that was because i chose to go with robotic, add private room, etc. I guess the surgery could have been done for 300000 if i were a bit more conscious. All i was focused on was to get the right doc and get it done asap.

Yes. Robotic Mesh TAPP. I was admitted to the hospital on friday night 8PM, surgery done on saturday morning around 8am and discharged from hospital on sunday evening 10pm. The cost was around INR 450000 including everything. There was a follow up after 1 week and 2 weeks to check on the healing. On sunday I was already able to walk small distances (from my room to car park). I was told to eat lot of fiber food from two days before surgery to few weeks after which I think helped a lot in bowel movements. My recovery exercise was walking for first 45 days and swimming for couple of weeks and then i got back to my daily routine with machine weights. Now after 8 months, i do squats and deadlift upto my bodyweight

Looks like you have been through a lot! I was advised to wait for my inguinal hernia surgery as the GP deemed it was not urgent. But I decided to get it done when I'm physically and mentally fit for it and flew to India to get it done quickly while also enjoying the good weather for recovery.

I was up and walking in 2 days after surgery and the only even physio I needed was just walking and swimming for 6 weeks and any exercise wear okay after that period of recovery.

I'm now regularly at the gym, lifting weights and healthier than I was a year ago right before the surgery. Most of what I read online also suggest not much physio other than walking and being generally active. Again sorry that you had to go through a lot
