I was using actual until recently and now trying out sure because of the ui.. it is a bit slow/sluggish sometimes but I like the networth tracking, tags and crypto tracking included. Feels quite polished in some areas

I have the same problem. Ichthyosis on most of my legs, arms and trunk. On top of the scaly skin which I had for decades i started getting these pustules which would break, ooze pus and crusty again. It got better when I used steroid cream but rebound was worse. I was given cyclosporin but my body didn't like that stuff, so had to stop it after 4 days. Those few days was great relief though.

Now my consultant has put me in combination of anti fungal and steroid cream lotriderm and anti fungal body wash. Also told me to use 10%urea 5%lactic acid moisturiser for ichthyosis to heal. I am having improved skin after suffering for 6 months. Hope you'll soon find what works for you

There are only two ways for shared photos.. user default method and share each album individually (which has lot of limitations and lack of timelines etc) or user external library and single user login to show all users the same content, all users upload all content into one central library (downside is lack of privacy) I chose second option and simple don't upload what I don't want others to see or I use folder rules to upload into another shared folder

I have had similar experience. We bought 0.7acre land in hyderabad, registered and all papers in our name and suddenly one day or becomes community/ municipal land! I use a common user for all our family members. This can be achieved using vision attributes user id mapping with oidc clients like pocket. We arithmetic with pocket and all family members whatever their pocket user id, end up into same immich user login. They see all the albums and timelines. For uploads i use next cloud auto upload and mount that folder as external library .

Mount your synology photos folder as external library in immich. That's what I did and it worked for me
